YOUTH EMPOWERMENT 2007 SUMMER PROGRAM
Self-awareness, Self-care, Personal Empowerment Program
June 30, 2007 - to Sept 9th 2007

For all Youth, Indigo, Crystal, Star, and Universal.

This 10 week Program has been created to teach Youths how to find the light within. They will learn to balance their energy with many different healing modalities which include: meditation, drumming, energy hands on techniques, and healing ceremonies. 

PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN:

Grounding and meditation techniques to help them focus
Meditations to let go of emotional blockages

Introduction to their chakra energy center and their colors
Creating positive journeys through making collages
Visualization to manifest their dreams through a Drum Journey
The Power of Thought – Law of Attraction

Emotional Release Techniques

Protecting themselves from memories, events and challenges

Healing techniques and tools for balancing their own energy fields and others. (Using Drums & Hands)

Balancing the chakras with the drum and hands on healing techniques for better health and well being.
Drumming circle for healing the Universe and All that Is.
Chanting for sound healing and balancing

All Workshops are held outside
Medicine wheels and burning ceremony

WORKSHOP DATES:  June 30, July 5, July 19, Aug 2, Aug 14, Aug 30 and Sept 9

  • Morning: ages 10 - 13

  • Afternoon: ages 14 – 19

Morning Class:  9:00 am – 12:30 pm         Afternoon Class:  1:00 pm – 4:30 pm

INVESTMENT IN YOUR YOUTH'S PERSONAL GROWTH:   $350 + gst 

Drums are provided for all workshops. Also, Drums are for sale.

Each Workshop will be held at different sites around Victoria.
